Orders ship on Monday-Friday within 48 hours of placement and we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as it ships. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may not ship until the following business day. All packages ship via FedEx from Memphis, TN. We’re happy to offer flat rate ground shipping at $9.99 and will have special promotions from time to time. Expedited options are available at checkout and all packages ship via FedEx.
Warm Weather Shipping
In an effort to protect the high quality of the products we offer and avoid damage to your order, items such as chocolates and other meltables are not available during the summer months. When placing your order we recommend being mindful of the temperatures in your area.
In most cases you may return new, unopened items for refund or exchange as long as you contact us within 7 days about your return. If the return is a result of an error on our end, we will happily reimburse return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, often you will receive your refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You may also email us, email@example.com, and include your order number in the subject. We will let you know via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
